By accessing or using AutEvo AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
AutEvo AI is a cloud-based business management platform for trade and service businesses. The Service includes customer relationship management (CRM), job management, scheduling, invoicing, marketing automation, AI-powered tools, and related features as described on our website.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access that you failed to report.
Some features require a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your chosen plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our 30-day money-back guarantee. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
If payment fails, we will attempt to collect the outstanding amount. If payment is not resolved within 14 days, your account may be suspended.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be paused. Data from trial accounts is retained for 90 days.
You retain all rights to your data. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your data solely to operate the Service.
You may export your data at any time. Upon account cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

Certain features use artificial intelligence (AI Voice Receptionist, Photo→Quote, Document AI, AI Assistant). AI outputs are estimates and suggestions — not guaranteed accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before acting on it. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI outputs.
The Service integrates with third-party services (Stripe, Google, QuickBooks, Twilio, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the operation or availability of third-party services.
The Service (excluding your data) is and remains our property. Our name, logo, and all related names, marks, and designs are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutEvo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutEvo AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. Data retention follows Section 6.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
