Your data is yours. We keep it for 90 days after cancellation so you can come back or export it. After 90 days, it's permanently deleted from our servers.

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256), isolated tenant databases, HTTPS everywhere, and regular security audits. Your data is never shared with other customers or third parties.

When a customer pays you online through AutEvo (credit card via Stripe), we add a small platform fee on top of Stripe's standard processing rate (2.9% + $0.30). The platform fee decreases as you move up in plan: 1.0% on Starter, 0.5% on Growth, and 0.25% on Professional and Enterprise. There's no platform fee on payments you record manually (cash, check, offline card terminals).

Each AI action costs a small number of credits. A few examples: an AI-drafted quote from a job description is 8 credits, scanning and auto-filling a vendor invoice (OCR) is 3 credits, an AI photo/damage analysis is 10 credits, and reading a blueprint PDF to extract measurements for a takeoff is 15 credits. At the $10-per-500-credit rate, that's roughly $0.16, $0.06, $0.20, and $0.30 respectively — most day-to-day usage comfortably fits inside your plan's free monthly allowance.
